Starting with a good core wool when you are making a 3-D felted character makes a big difference as to how it will hold up when you are finished. No one wants a floppy bunny that won't keep it's shape after hours of needle felting. **Felting Tip- Remember when you are felting your 3-D characters that the core base needs to be the firmness of a tennis ball before you start adding your outer wool colored layers.
