The Felted Desert Wool Wonder Felting Mats

Our beautiful Wool Wonder Needle Felting Mats are completely handmade for us by our seamstress Toni, in her Austin, Texas studio, so they are made right here in the U.S.A., from pure 100% felted wool, and stuffed with 100% natural fiber wool and love. One side is made with a light cream color for your lighter projects, and the other side is made with a darker gray or darker tan color for your darker felting projects. The lighter side is accented with our signature artistic saguaro cactus, which is native to the Sonoran Desert here in Arizona. It is a symbol of Arizona, as our desert here is full of them, which is why we have chosen it to adorn our amazing Wool Wonder Mats. Each mat is handmade and therefore a unique item. Our 8” x 8” Mat is the perfect size mat for small to medium projects and also for traveling for felters on the go!  Our 12" x 12" Mat is perfect for medium to larger projects, and a beautiful piece for your art studio.
